ST LUKE’S PRIMARY DELIGHTED!
The children and staff at Skerton St Luke’s primary were delighted to see the EFL Playoff Trophy in person this morning.
As part of a week of some very special school visits; our community team have been out with the EFL trophy to show the children what the historic piece of silverware looks like and to give them an opportunity they might never get again. Today reception to year six at St Luke’s primary each got to take a class photo with the trophy and see it in person.
The very trophy was lifted by all the Morecambe players and staff following a successful promotion to league one! It’s great to have such a buzz around the town following on from the historic win. We very much look forward to future community events when the football season gets underway in August.
