What is Premier League Kicks?

Premier League Kicks is one of the Premier League’s flagship community programmes. PL Kicks started in 2006 and has a long history of using the power of football and the value of sports participation to help youngsters in some of the most high-need areas.

Kicks has enabled over 300,000 youngsters nationwide to participate in the free football program. In total sixty-nine professional clubs in the Premier League and English Football League are now supported to deliver the programme via the Premier League Charitable Fund.

Girls only Football

Our Girls only football sessions are for those aged eleven to sixteen. It takes place at Mossgate Sports Centre in Heysham every Friday 5-6pm. We encourage girls of all footballing ability to attend and structure it in a way where footballing experience bares no advantages. This ensures that all attendees thoroughly enjoy the sessions.

It has been great to see the Girls football have a positive impact in the community throughout the year. We keep in line with government guidance, at this moment in time with the easing of restrictions we are not limited on numbers so come down and give it a go.

Monday and Friday Night Kicks

Monday and Friday Night Kicks has now changed it’s location to be held at Mossgate Sports Centre in Heysham. From 7-9pm on a Monday and Friday’s 6-8pm, the sessions take place through term time only. Kicks has always been held in a relaxed fun environment for young people to enjoy attending with their mates.
